I recently heard a message from Preacher, Adrian Rogers that really helped me in how I should pray for faith. I used to pray for God to increase my faith or to grow my faith, but Preacher, Adrian Rigers, brought out that what grows our faith in God is seeing how great our God really is. "It's not great faith in God, it's faith in a great God." As said by preacher, Adrian Rogers. I loved that qoute! It brought to light that it's not us who have any control of how our faith can grow. No matter how much we want an unshakeable faith, It's all God. What we do on our part is take that step of faith in following God's Word and God's leading. Ask God to give you the faith to take these steps in your Christian walk like; following God in baptism(not for salvation, but a proclamation of our decision in accepting Christ as Saviour), tithing, witnessing, giving to missions, faithful to church, and having our own personal time with God each day(reading the bible and praying). We can't expect to go through anything with flying colors with us not taking those simple steps of faith in seeing God bless, but when the really hard stuff comes up, you'll be real thankful that you have a close walk with God. If you allow Him, God can give a peace that passes all understanding. You may not know what the outcome will be, but God does. When things don't go my way... I claim Romans 8:28.
Romans 8:26 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
27 And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.
28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
27 And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.
28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
Is the Christian life easy? Nope, but it is so worth it. Its so rewarding.

Phillipains 4:6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Also, know that we can't do it in our own strength. We have to let God work through us and He will, if we let Him. We have not, because we ask not.... Ask God to help you draw close to Him and to be able to have a bigger glimpse of how Great our God is.
Phillipians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
We will have situations and circumstances come into our lives to test our faith. Now the question is; are you going to drop to your knees and soak yourself in God's Holy Word or are you going to have a pity party and get bitter? Trust me when I say this, I have done both. Let me encourage you to give it to God. Even when you don't have the answers, the understanding, or strength. Give it to God. I can't say it enough and sometimes you'll have to keep giving it to God, because as humans we tend to take our burdens back. Go the extra mile and aside from your time with The Lord, take time to listen to a preaching message, listen to ONLY christian music(no excuses, pandora is free), talk to someone who you know is close to God and may see things from a different light, just don't give up. Also, you may not want to talk to someone, but just suck up that pride and talk to someone. Call me :) I may not have the answers, but I do have a good listening ear. By God's grace, I've been blessed with some family that have a close walk with God that I can talk to, and I want those who don't have that, to be able to have someone to talk to. So, I'm here.
My desire and prayer is that the only thing I'm accused of is bringing people to Jesus. My friend, choose a relationship with Jesus Christ today. Don't wait.
