Matthew 6:8B “ ...for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.” Matthew 6:32B “... for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.” VBS was great this year! I must say I am a little biased/sentimental toward some of last year’s characters and themes but we had a blast this year. I praise God for answered prayer. One of our many prayer requests was that no one would get injured during VBS and that was answered! We prayed for God to be glorified, the gospel of Jesus Christ to be preached, and for growth from the children. It was a real blessing to see children return this year and be a part of all the fun. It doesn’t feel like it was even that long ago since we had seen them all! I also saw some exceptional growth in one of our boys who received Christ last year as his personal Lord and Saviour.
